Gemma Cruz is a dedicated employment law attorney committed to protecting workers' rights. As a former law clerk for a plaintiff’s employment firm, she has experience handling discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases. She also advised on global anti-discrimination policies at the UN, presenting findings in Geneva.

Licensed in Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Gemma is active in the National Employment Lawyers Association, NELA-Illinois, and the Chicago Bar Association. Outside of work, she enjoys Oklahoma football, tennis, and exploring Chicago.
