John P. Madden
John P. Madden is a principal and founding member of O’Malley & Madden, P.C., specializing in employment law, civil and commercial litigation, and appellate law. He has extensive trial experience in state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies, handling cases involving discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, and wrongful discharge.
Mr. Madden also focuses on business torts and contract disputes, arguing precedent-setting cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the Illinois Supreme Court, and the Illinois Appellate Court. A frequent seminar speaker, he advises individuals and small businesses on workplace issues, employment contracts, compliance, and risk mitigation.
